Applications from candidate students outside the European Union (EU)

Students from non-EU countries need to obtain a visa/entry permit to enter Cyprus from the competent authority of the Civil Registry and Migration Department.

Additionally, it is required that students submit an application to the Civil Registry and Migration Department for a residence permit within 10 days of their arrival in Cyprus.
